When you complete the prequalification form or any contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, service status, estimated credit range, purchase or refinance intent, target price or loan amount, property location, timeline, and any free-text notes you add.

We use this information to route your inquiry to a licensed loan officer at Bolt Home Loans LLC, to respond to you, and to provide the loan-related information you requested.

When you visit this site, our hosting and backend infrastructure receive standard technical information such as your IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, the pages you request, and timestamps. This information is used to operate the site, diagnose errors, and protect against abuse.

If you arrive at the site through a link that carries marketing attribution parameters — including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid, ttclid, and msclkid — we store those values in your browser and attach them to any form you submit so we can understand which channels are producing inquiries and improve the site accordingly. We share the information you submit with Bolt Home Loans LLC loan officers and internal staff who need it to respond to your request, and with service providers that operate the site and backend on our behalf (for example, our hosting and database provider). This website is an informational and prequalification resource. If you choose to move forward into a full mortgage application, that application may be completed in a separate loan-origination environment operated by Bolt Home Loans LLC or its origination-system vendor. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including transport encryption (HTTPS) for data in transit and access controls on our backend. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, to service any relationship that results, to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed mortgage lender, and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our internal retention practices.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of certain processing, or to appeal a denial of a request.
